"You're getting it now," Bennet looks at a pocket watch which I never knew he had, "I hope you're hungry, dinner should be ready now." "What do you normally have for dinner?" I ask. "What do you think?" Bennet smirks, raising an eyebrow. Stupid question, of course, "I mean, other than." "Depends on how we feel. Bitten Part 19"What are you doing here Ezekiel? Get out!" Bennet yells out, his voice echoing in the instrumental room. "I was just going, but let me see your little friend." the man called Ezekiel approaches me. Bennet swiftly flicks his arm out protectively infront of me, "Don't even think about it." Ezekiel brushes him aside and looks me in the eyes, "Hello young one. Who might you be?" "M-My name's Aisling." I stutter. "A fresh face, that's good to see." Ezekiel puts his hand out. I shakily put my own out, expecting Ezekiel to take it gently. He snatches it and flips it so my palm is facing up, his nose so close to mBitten Part 19

Bitten Part 18Bennet's home is typical vampire. A large gothic castle with no civilisation for miles surrounded by a forest. It's still looks incredible. "This is your home." I comment. "Boring isn't it?" Bennet sighs, taking me to the front door. "No, I've never been inside a castle before. I never even knew there was a castle near here." "Our old castle was a bit bigger, but this one's cosy." How big can castles get? Bennet cautiously opens the large wooden door, the brown eerily bright in contrast to the stone of the castle. It creaks revealing the inside of Bennet's home. It's one of the most beautiful places I've ever seeBitten Part 18

Bitten Part 17The end of the school day is approaching. I haven't seen Bennet all day. Maybe he's not in, but I don't know how to get to his house. The bell goes and I wait on a bench in the courtyard, watching the other students meet up their friends and leave into the cloudy distance they call home. "Hello Aisling." I look up and see Mr Ninian, "Hello sir, how are you?" "I'm fine thank you, you look quite lonely. Are you waiting for someone?"
